The Apostle Paul had a passion for the lost and he prayed for their salvation. “Brothers, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved” (Rom 10:1). Paul’s desire for the salvation of unbelievers was so strong that, if possible, he was willing to lose his own salvation if it meant they could be saved. “For I could wish that I myself were accursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, my kinsmen according to the flesh” (Rom 9:3). Do we share Paul’s passion for the lost? Pray for the salvation of those you long to see place their faith in Christ.
